  • Kuflink Bridging lends to Borrowers in line with its Lending Criteria.
  • The deals deemed fit will be thoroughly vetted by an Independent Credit Committee of Kuflink Ltd – separate to Kuflink Bridging.
  • Once cleared, these deals are then live on the platform.
  • Kuflink Bridging will hold 20% stake in every deal providing extra cushion for Lenders.
  • Lenders then lend to live deals from as little as £100 (*Past returns are not necessarily a guide to future returns. Your capital is at risk.).
  • Interest is paid monthly into the online wallet.
  • Interest and capital is paid back into the online wallet at the end of any deal.

Previously Head of the Gravesham Borough Council where he regularly sat on committee meetings, John brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Kuflink. He applies his invaluable insights to credit committee meetings, prior to deals going live on the Kuflink platform.

Barry Meeks -Independent Non-Executive Director – Credit Committee Member – Kuflink Ltd

A Chartered Director and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, Barry is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director at three separate financial service businesses. With a particular expertise in mortgage lending, distribution and administration, Barry is a recognised market expert on outsourcing, distribution, governance and risk. Formerly CEO of various companies including Homeloan Management Ltd, TMC Portfolio Services, Pink Homeloans Group and Mutual One as well as NED at the Nostrum Group and Vertex Mortgage Services Ltd, Barry has unrivalled experience of business and finance.

Robert O’Brien – Independent Non-Executive Director – Credit Committee Member – Kuflink Ltd

A Chartered Building Surveyor and Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Robert O’Brien has over 40 years’ experience in the property sector, working for Consultants and Developers.

The first Facilities Management Director at Capita PL, Robert went on to become the Director of three property-related companies, and also provides financial and management advice to a diverse range of specialist building contractors.

Tarlochan Garcha – Chief Executive Officer / Director

With over 17 years of progressively responsible experience working with two global banks, Tarlochan Garcha CEO has managed as many as 3000 directors, in companies with total revenues in excess of £6.2 billion. Tarlochan has taken a hands-on approach to relationship managing, working with companies from inception through to start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes. With an in-depth understanding of both domestic and international retail, as well as commercial and corporate banking sectors including wholesale, professionals, manufacturing, property, healthcare, IT and media; Tarlochan has previously partnered with UKTI & DTI to deliver solutions for his clients.

Embracing the core values of integrity, innovation and growth, Tarlochan is fully CeMap and CeFA qualified by The Institute of Financial Services.

Narinder Khattoare – Sales & Marketing Director

With a strong client-facing background and over ten years’ experience in the financial services sector, Narinder played a key role in establishing Kuflink’s sales channel. He and his team acquire new business through Master Brokers and Packagers across the UK – Narinder takes responsibility for deal structuring and new lending. Having held various Business Development positions at companies such as Borro.com, Towergate Group, Prudential and Nemo Personal Finance, Narinder brings a wealth of business acumen and experience to his role.

Steven Moody – Director

Having worked for over 30 years in the property and financial sector, Stephen has extensive experience in the industry, and in-depth understanding of the residential and commercial property market. With a background in sales and banking, Steven previously ran his own property consultancy and he’s a Company Director at Kuflink in addition to his main role of overseeing the Kuflink Bridging underwriting team.

Hari Ramamurthy – Chief Technical Officer

A seasoned engineer and entrepreneur with over 15 years’ experience of building scalable, robust systems; Hari’s specialties include ecommerce, web-based ad-serving technologies, Fintech, billing systems, recommendation engines, OLAP and Bi & Enterprise data warehousing.

Min Binning LLB – Business Counsel – Kuflink Bridging & Kuflink Ltd

After obtaining a degree in Law, Rawinder founded a number of successful property & development companies and went on to manage a number of large residential portfolios and industrial business parks. Kuflink’s co-founder, he’s also a trustee of the Alpha Foundation, a charity which helps disadvantaged youth in Kent.
