We are looking to recruit a Head of Business Development to manage the current sales team effectively ensuring targets are achieved. We are also looking for the Head of Business Development to be out in the market building relationships with brokers and bringing in new leads of their own. Reporting to the CEO the role will be responsible for managing the sales team and owning the deal pipeline.

First point of contact for Customers, Solicitors and Brokers enquiring about existing loans
Liaising with Case Managers, Underwriters and Key Stakeholders on a daily basis
Ensuring all requests are actioned in line with stated deadlines
Maintaining all records with 100% accuracy
Ensuring payments are received on time and chasing any that are not promptly and professionally
Experience working in a Financial Services environment
Strong leadership skills ( at least 5 years people management)
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desire to increase sales
Good broker market knowledge
Knowledge of property lending
