We’re looking for a New Business Executive to support our position as one of the fastest growing lenders in the alternative finance market. Your main responsibility will be to reach out to new brokers across the country and establish great relationships with them to attract new business. This is a telephone-based role with fantastic scope for progression, as you’ll be given the opportunity to manage any new business you bring in.
You’ll be responsible for:
Cold-calling brokers with a view to building professional relationships and attracting new business
Finding out the specific needs of each new contact and tailoring your service accordingly
Projecting positivity, professionalism and knowledge across all communications
Following up leads in an efficient, timely manner
Maintaining communication with our existing broker database via phone and email
Working closely with the wider lending team to package deals
Confidence and a flair for sales
A first-class telephone manner
The ability to learn our products inside out
Professional experience in sales or telephone-based role (ideally within finance)
A can-do attitude and the drive to learn
